We may also collect Personal Information from individuals and third parties to assess and pursue potential business opportunities.

We may use this data to customize content for you that we think you might like, based on your usage patterns. We may also use it to provide and improve the Services – for example, this data can tell us how often users use a particular feature of the Services, and we can use that knowledge to make the Services interesting to as many users as possible.

Aggregated and/or De-identified Information
We may aggregate and/or de-identify your Personal Information so that you are not identified as an individual or as a specific company, and use and share this information for our lawful business purposes. We may also provide aggregate and/or de-identified usage information to our partners (or allow partners to collect that information from you), who may use such information to understand how often and in what ways people use our Services, so that they, too, can provide you with an optimal online experience. In cases where you use our Services on behalf of our customer that is an organization (e.g., your employer), that organization may access information associated with your use of the Services including usage and other data.
When you use the Services, your information may be shared with or available to other users from your organization.
We may share any Personal Information we collect about you with our third-party service providers. The categories of service providers to whom we entrust Personal Information include service providers for: (i) the provision of the Services; (ii) the provision of information, products, and other services you have requested; (iii) marketing and advertising; (iv) payment and transaction processing; (v) customer service activities; and (vi) the provision of IT and related services.
In using our Services, you may also provide information to a third-party service when you link your account with a third-party service and such information will be subject to your agreement with that service. We may provide Personal Information to business partners to provide you with a product or service you have requested. We may also provide Personal Information to business partners with whom we jointly offer products or services.

We may choose to buy or sell assets, and may share and/or transfer customer information in connection with the evaluation of and entry into such transactions. Also, if we (or our assets) are acquired, or if we go out of business, enter bankruptcy, or go through some due diligence, or other change of control, Personal Information could be one of the assets disclosed, transferred to or acquired by a third party.

IS PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT ME SECURE?
Your account is protected by a password for your privacy and security. If you access your account via a third party site or service, you may have additional or different sign-on protections via that third party site or service. You must prevent unauthorized access to your account and Personal Information by selecting and protecting your password and/or other sign-on mechanism appropriately and limiting access to your computer or device and browser by signing off after you have finished accessing your account.
We endeavor to protect the privacy of your account and other Personal Information we hold in our records, but unfortunately no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee the security of any information you provide to us. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time. Some information may remain in our records after your deletion of such information from your account. In accordance with applicable law, you may have the right to: (i) request confirmation of whether we are processing your Personal Information; (ii) obtain access to or a copy of your Personal Information; (iii) receive an electronic copy of Personal Information that you have provided to us, or ask us to send that information to another company (the “right of data portability”); (iv) restrict or object to our uses of your Personal Information; (v) seek correction or amendment of inaccurate, untrue, incomplete, or improperly processed Personal Information; (vi) withdraw your consent; and (vii) request erasure of Personal Information held about you by us, subject to certain exceptions prescribed by law.

The Services may contain links to other websites/applications and other websites/applications may reference or link to our Services. These third-party services are not controlled by us. We encourage our users to read the privacy policies of each website and application with which they interact. We do not endorse, screen or approve, and are not responsible for, the privacy practices or content of such other websites or applications. Visiting these other websites or applications is at your own risk.
The Services are not directed to children under 13 (or other age as required by local law), and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children. If you learn that your child has provided us with Personal Information without your consent, you may contact us as set forth below. If we learn that we have collected a child’s Personal Information in violation of applicable law, we will promptly take steps to delete such information and terminate the child’s account.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your Personal Information violates applicable law.
